All the gear but no idea? You’re at the right place. Open Court Sessions are a new and great way to get out and meet new people, have a laugh, and play tennis at your skill level – with a killer soundtrack, naturally.
Going for around 90-minutes, you’ll have a 10-minute warm-up, 50-minutes of tennis activities and 30-minutes of socialising. On court, you’ll play different social tennis activities including tennis on smaller courts, Pickleball and triples on a full size court. Off court, you’ll make new friends over a drink or a bite to eat.
The best bit? Just show up with or without a crew and your local tennis club will host the night. You don’t need any equipment or any tennis skills, just rock up and have a hit.

Cardio Tennis is the leading tennis coaching workout program in Adelaide. Catering for all fitness levels, it brings together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle. We currently offer Cardio classes Monday-Friday, daytime and evening sessions, so you can be sure we can find a time that suits.
Sessions are open to players of all ages and abilities and range between 45 – 75 minutes, depending which option you choose. Come and give it a try and be ready to burn calories, increase your heart rate and laugh while doing so. It is so much fun!
