If you’re looking to build your tennis game, adult tennis lessons are available on a weekly basis. These sessions are suited to both competition-level and social players, and include the four key areas of player development; focus; technical, tactical, mental and movement.
All coaching is lead by a qualified and passionate coach and classes are designed to be enjoyable so you can improve your tennis playing in a fun and positive environment.
Programs For All Skill Levels
Our beginner program is suitable for players who have never picked up a racquet or who haven’t stepped on a court in years. You’ll learn all the fundamentals as well as how the scoring works. Join our program and connect with players at a similar skill level.
If you have played tennis before and understand how to serve the ball, return a serve and keep up play, this program is ideal. The training we provide will help you advance from a strong beginner to a great mid-level player.
If you’re confident about your playing abilities but want to be able to perform better at a competition level, join our advanced tennis coaching program.

Fitbit Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering for all fitness levels, which brings together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.
