Movement Matters!

As an accredited Exercise Physiologist I am constantly looking at ways to increase the daily physical activity of the average Australian. It is widely respected that an increase in physical activity is extremely beneficial when it comes to delaying the onset of many illnesses and chronic diseases.

This is where tennis and other social sports play such an important role. For some it can be a daunting task adhering to an unfamiliar gym program or running on a treadmill.
Social sports are a great way to enjoy movement and activity and incorporate it as a pillar in your lifestyle. After all enjoying what we do in life should be a high priority as well!
